Pat’s Games Order System Overview

Welcome to Pat’s Games Order System (PGOS)!

This system allows you to check card prices, order cards and trade-in cards to Pat’s Games. You can do all the work from the comfort and privacy of your own home and “SUBMIT” your order. Then, come on into Pat’s Games and pick up and pay for your cards.

Note that all prices include sales tax! So if you are shopping for the best prices, keep that in mind.

How does this work?

First, you need to “Create a customer account” by clicking on the link on the Customer Login screen. Simply fill out the form and hit “Submit”

Then, login to PGOS. You will see a set of menu buttons (or links) across the top that look like this:

· Find Cards – use this to look up prices and add cards to your deckbox

· Trade Cards – use this to look at the current “Buylist” and trade cards in. You get an extra premium if you trade cards in for store credit.

· My Deckbox – click this to see what cards are in your deckbox. When you are done with your order, you will click the “Submit to Pat” button and your order will be submitted for processing.

· My Account – use this to manage your account information and check the status of your orders

· Logout – well, logout of the PGOS

· Pat’s Games – go to the Pat’s Games homepage. You do not get logged out.

· HELP – if a help button is on the menu, then click it to open the help page for that screen.

Once you have found your cards and identified any trade-in’s you want to make, you “Submit” your deckbox to Pat. Every day Pat and the staff will process the orders. They will pick the cards and update the order with that amount. Unless you chose otherwise, you will get an email notifying you the order is ready for you to pick up.
